Born and raised in Penghu, Mr. and Mrs. Lin, Xi-Hong possesses a unique view and insistence when it comes to seafood. To preserve Penghu's good old taste without adding chemical flavoring and to carry forward the freshness of Penghu's local delicacies, Mr. and Mrs. Lin came to Taiwan 25 years ago to make a name for themselves, choosing to establish a foundation in Kaohsiung, a seaport city with high functional capability. Starting with just a small vendor in Gushan Market, it quickly gained popularity and love among the foodies because of its solid and fresh raw materials, coupled with semi-open production process. Along with the changing of times, Mr. and Mrs. Lin have also continued to pursue new changes, often times coming up hot products. For the rights of the consumers, Hong Yu has persistently demanded high standards in quality and management. Furthermore, in order to satisfy the demands for quality of the consumers, Hong Yu has planned to build a factory as early as 2007. From the perspective of the consumers, Hong Yu plans to create high quality products that meet food and sanitization safety requirements with systematic factory management. As the long term goal, Hong Yu has set their eyes on the satisfaction of all consumers, facilitating the brand name "Hong Yu" to become synonymous with safety, peace of mind and happiness in the minds of consumers.
