The late 1920', my grandfather had started working in the world famous Tsukiji fish market at age of twelve. Ever since then, a fish business has become a "family business" for us. Working in a fish market daily basis, unlike any other "traders," we buy fish with our own eyes and process with our own hands for full assurance. However, this is just a part of it. In November 2020, our innovative registered trade mark product "Jyukusenngyo (farmented aging fish)" won the FAN Award organized by Japan Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries. We follow the traditional way, yet we are on the cutting edge. From top sashimi grade fish to raw materials, we are ready to provide an "one stop solution" to the world.
