Linqing Xingying internal combustion engine parts Co., Ltd., founded in 1989, is a manufacturer of cylinder liners for automobiles and other vehicles. The factory is located in Liaocheng, Shandong Province, with an area of 20000 square meters. Our factory has 150 employees, including 15 technicians. The equipment we use now: two electric furnaces, one thermal aging furnace, 36 centrifugal casting machines and 78 processing equipment. Our company's annual production of 760000 cylinder liners. In order to ensure the quality of our products, we have set up a physical and chemical laboratory, equipped with spectrometer, metallographic microscope, hardness tester and other advanced equipment and a full set of chemical testing instruments, to conduct pre furnace component analysis and routine testing on all our products. Our products are made of boron added cast iron, niobium cast iron, nickel, molybdenum, copper, tin cast iron, and alloy cast iron with vanadium, titanium, copper, boron and other formulations specially exported to Russia, and has successful experience in batching production according to customer requirements in different countries. We carry out heat aging treatment on all the cylinder liner blanks, so that their mechanical properties are more stable and their service life is longer. Our factory cylinder liner finish machining all adopt advanced numerical control equipment processing, the product size precision is high, the appearance is good
