It's a scientific and technological enterprises specialized in optical communication products research, development, design and production. It has been more than ten years of development. Our products include optical fiber end, optical fiber distribution, optical terminal equipment. The products are used in power, photovoltaic, water conservancy, security, rail transit and military industry and many other fields widely.It's located in HengJian Science & Technology Industry Park, JiangNing District, Nanjing. The production areas are 3500 square meters, it has nearly 100 employees. It has a number of advanced production lines and whole testing & aging equipment. The fiber terminal production line has independent clean-room, Japan imported grinding equipment, Canada imported testing equipment and various kinds of high-precision fixture and so on, we can produce high quality single-core fiber jumper, pigtail cable and prefabricated fiber cable, etc. The optical terminal equipment production line has large chip mounter, Smart bit tester, American Spirent networking protocol analyzer, large capacity high and low temperature humidity and heat cycle test aging box, laser marking machine and so on, which can produce optical fiber transceiver, industrial Ethernet optical switch, industrial interface optical fiber modem with excellent transmission performance and so on.The optical fiber distribution production line can assemble series of optical fiber distribution case, optical cable terminal case, optical fiber storage device and so on.Our products have been tested by national or professional institutions, and some products have passed EU certification.We emphasize on quality management and training of employees, which more than 60% have college degree or above. We adopt ERP production management system and graphic system to assist production process management and operation instructions, we control production, quality inspection according ISO9001:2015 standard strictly , in order to ensure each product meet the national or industry quality standards.We emphasize on R & D design, the R & D team was led by doctorates, we use Altium Designer which is the professional design platform to help design all kinds of photoelectric conversion equipment.
